NASCO looking for a new Sales Manager

Role Summary:

Firstly, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for reporting to the president, maintaining and increasing sales of NASCO’s full product suite through direct sales to OEM’s, end users, and distributors. In addition, this position includes an opportunity to manage the current sales team of both inside and outside sales reps.


  • Minimum 5 years Outside Sales, Sales Management experience a plus

  • Familiarity with selling engineered products or components


  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Territory management/major account experience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Self-starter who thinks strategically


  • Participate in business and territory planning, forecasting and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Manage territory in order to maximize revenue & exceed quotas

  • Ensure that major accounts are identified and prioritized.

  • Develop profitable sales growth in key accounts and through channel partners


  • Base salary + Commissions + Benefits (medical, retirement planning)
