Role Summary:
Firstly, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for reporting to the president, maintaining and increasing sales of NASCO’s full product suite through direct sales to OEM’s, end users, and distributors. In addition, this position includes an opportunity to manage the current sales team of both inside and outside sales reps.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years Outside Sales, Sales Management experience a plus
Familiarity with selling engineered products or components
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Territory management/major account experience
Familiarity with CRM systems
Self-starter who thinks strategically
Responsibilities:
Participate in business and territory planning, forecasting and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage territory in order to maximize revenue & exceed quotas
Ensure that major accounts are identified and prioritized.
Develop profitable sales growth in key accounts and through channel partners
Compensation:
Base salary + Commissions + Benefits (medical, retirement planning)
